Repiflow provides software for review request workflows, feedback capture, SMS communication, and related business automation. Customers are responsible for how they use the service and for complying with applicable laws.
SMS consent and compliance
Businesses must only send SMS messages to recipients where they have appropriate consent. Businesses are responsible for honoring opt-out requests and maintaining accurate customer contact records.
Accounts and access
Users are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for ensuring staff access is assigned appropriately.
Third-party services
Repiflow may integrate with third-party providers such as SMS, email, hosting, and review platforms. Availability and delivery may depend on those providers.
Limitations
Repiflow does not guarantee review outcomes, message delivery, or uninterrupted availability. The service is provided on a commercially reasonable basis.
